Sue’s Landing

Sue’s Landing is a 4-story apartment building that serves individuals with severe mental illness and children aging out of DCFS with severe mental illness. The project features 24 one-bedroom dwelling units and common areas that include a Community Room with kitchenette, Library, Computer Room, Fitness Center, Training Room and Laundry rooms. Office suites on the first floor provide services and programs for the residents.

The project is expected to meet NGBS 2020 Emerald certification for New Construction and includes features such as a community garden, photo voltaic panels, Universal design.

  • Housing for individuals with mental illness that can live independently.

  • Supportive services and programs for residents on site.
